Team High Voltage , First Tech Challenge

The booth will be hosted by High School Students of Team High Voltage. The primary activity will be the demo of various types of Robots and hands-on experience for participants. They can learn about robotics, play with robots, and learn about the design, programming, and engineering aspects related to these robots.

Naval Information Warfare Pacific

AI vs Human: Can you sort objects (different vehicle types) faster than a robot? The human participant will be blind folded or obstructed from the view of the bin of different objects. The goal of the challenge will be for human and robot to sort the objects(vehicles) into three different bins in a set time limit (1 minute). This fun interactive experience highlights the core disciplines (computer science, robotics, and machine learning) of our science and engineering workforce.

1. Drones - Tent for drones with net. Participants can test their piloting skills (possibility of changing it to a robot instead of drones) 2. Treobytes Projects Showcase & 3D printer: Participants can control a small robot and play with some of our latest Arduino projects. 3. Hands-on project: Participants can put together a small laser-cut toy and test it.

National Defense Industrial Association

A power point slide show of NDIA STEM events. Cyber Patriots Cyber Wheel quiz and prizes, ground and undersea robotics vehicles and technology demonstration. Several joystick operated computer controlled ground vehicles for student operation.

Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific

1. Binary Code Bracelet activity 2. Cipher wheel to create encrypted messages 3. Scytale tool transposition cipher 4. Ozobot robot sensors to follow lines and read color codes 5. Chinese Spouting Bowl or Resonance Bowl 6. Snap Circuits teaches basic engineering, electronics, and circuitry concepts

Hands-On Technology Education

Hands-On Technology Education proudly features interactive, tech adventure demos featuring: virtual reality, e-Sports, robotics, game design & CoreSTEAM, and coding + electronics! Our various activity stations will preview what is offered year-round via our signature Tech Adventure Programs during summer camps, after-school programs, & professional development.

Olympian High School - Robotics Club

Elementary and middle school age children will get to play with robots made by high school students. They will be able to move the robots using a controller and they will be able to shoot at a target with a nerf gun robot.

FRC Team Optix 3749

Children will be able to interact with our real, industry sized robot! They will be able to place cones and cubes anywhere they would like to, and the robot will pick them up and place them elsewhere!

FRC Team 2485 - the W.A.R Lords

The W.A.R. Lords are from Francis Parker School in San Diego, California. As part of our FIRST® involvement, we are dedicated to spreading our message about STEM and robotics on a national and international scale. We will bring our 125 lb robot to the event and show the design, coding, driving and competition process to hope to encourage others to get involved with FIRST robotics.
